The L.E.K. Melbourne office is located on the south bank of the Yarra River near the central business district's key cultural activities and gardens. The office occupies the 35th floor of Freshwater Place with 270 degree views of the city skyline, Yarra River and Port Phillip Bay. The tower was awarded a four and a half star ranking from the Australian Building Greenhouse Rating.
 
The Melbourne office participates annually in a large number of charity events including the Foxtel Lap treadmill challenge to support the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute, Australia's Biggest Morning Tea for the Australian Cancer Council, and Jeans for Genes fundraiser for the Children's Medical Research Institute. The partners in the Sydney and Melbourne offices created the Chris Recny Intrepid Travel Scholarship, in memory of the former ANZ Region Head who tragically passed away in June 2006. The prize sponsors a staff member to travel to a unique community to promote adventure and social responsibility. Past participants helped to build homes for orphans in Kampala, Uganda, and another explored the impact of Bornean palm oil plantations on the island's orangutan population.
