Peter Debenham is a lead Partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s Building Materials & Industrial Products and Business Services practices. He has been with L.E.K. since 1996 and has over 18 years experience of assisting corporate clients in developing distinctive strategies and improving their bottom-line performance. Peter also has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and post-acquisition support. Prior to joining L.E.K., Peter held senior business development and line management roles in the oil and gas, aerospace and construction materials sectors. He has also worked in the private equity sector for 3i plc. Peter received a Bachelor of Science with honors in Mechanical Engineering from Southampton University and a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD in France.
