L.E.K. Consulting will be on campuses across the U.S. this fall participating in various events and conducting interviews for our Consultant Role. Using the link below, please select your campus from the drop down menu for details on when we will be visiting. We hope you attend our events and look forward to getting to know you. Unfortunately, we are not able to visit every campus but we still welcome, and have employed, MBA candidates from various institutions. If your campus is not listed, we still welcome your application. If you have already graduated, please refer to the Professional Experience section of our website.

How to apply - U.S.
Please review the Joining L.E.K. portion of our website for guidelines on What we look for, How we assess applicants and Interview preparation.
Using the link below, you will access our online application. A copy of your resume and cover letter will be required. On the opening search page, please select Consulting from the Function drop down menu. For Location, please select the office location closest to your campus. From there you will select the Consultant position for your campus. If we are conducting interviews on your campus you must submit your application to your campus posting to be considered. On the application you will be allowed to provide your office preferences.
If your campus is not listed, please submit an application to the Consultant position for the office of highest interest. If you are interested in more the one office, you will be allowed to rank your other office preferences, so do not submit more than one application.
If you have already graduated do not submit your application to the campus posting unless you are authorized by career services to go through the on-campus recruiting process. Recent graduates will need to apply directly to the Consultant position for the office of highest interest. If you have post graduation work experience, please refer to the Professional Experience section of our website for details.
