Ken Boundy

Ken Boundy is currently Chairman of Regnan Governance Research and Advisory and Hydrasyst. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Hudson Resources, Horticulture Australia, Tarkine Wilderness and Auto-Bake and a Governor of WWF Australia. Mr. Boundy has held executive leadership roles in the wine, food, building materials and tourism industries.

Hugh Fletcher

Hugh Fletcher is Deputy Chairman of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand, a Director of Insurance Australia Group, Fletcher Building Limited, Rubicon Limited and Vector Limited and a Trustee of the Dilworth Trust. Mr. Fletcher's executive career was with Fletcher Challenge, including as Chief Executive Officer.

Loftus Harris has extensive experience in government, international trade and economic development.  He is Chair of the Australian Institute of Export; and a Director of National Information and Communications Technology Australia; the United States Study Centre; and the Garvan Research Foundation.  Mr. Harris is also the Queensland Government Special Representative to the Middle East and India.

Linda Nicholls is Chairman of KDR (Yarra Trams), a Director of Fairfax Media, Sigma Pharma Group & The Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research. Previously, she was Chairman of Australia Post & Healthscope, a Director of St George Bank, and President of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (Vic. Div.). Ms. Nicholls is also a member of The Harvard Business School Alumni Board.
